UBQH 50 mg, 60 Gels
UBQH: Ubiquinol is a bioavailable version of CoQ10, a powerful antioxidant, and a nutrient necessary for production of ATP, the body's energy currency.
I prescribe ubiquinol for anybody on a statin drug to lower cholesterol, since statins deplete CoQ10 (though I'll try to get patients off the statins too). I'll sometimes prescribe UBQH for palpitations, though magnesium or taurine are usually my first choice for that; sometimes this works better. I sometimes prescribe this for fertility, as it helps to increase AMH values (a measure of egg quality) in conjunction with a larger protocol.
